The AWAGA is an Associate Golf Club located in the South Bay Area, and we are aligned with the Northern California Golf Association since 1999. The club was created for the enjoyment and participation of the friends and family known as AWA Enterprises, in the same spirit of competition, fun, camaraderie, and tradition as the AWA Enterprises Softball Club

The current membership has 61 men and 3 women.

Coming Up!
Two-Man Best Ball at Widsor Golf Club

Buddy up with your favorite hacker and join the boys and girls of AWA as the club travels north of the bay to scenic Windsor Golf Club in Windsor. The format is two-man best ball with handicaps. Summer is almost done! Don't miss it!

We Have Hats!

You have your AWAGA logo balls. Now you can wear your AWAGA colors proudly with the new AWAGA golf hat, very generously donated by club member Joe "Bubba" Sammut. The brightly colored logo is stitched and the cap is designed to hold up no matter how far you throw it after a bad shot.

There is only a limited supply, so if you didn't pick one up at the Tournament, see Greg Brown for one of your very own.

Membership in the AWAGA

New members can join for only $46. What a value! We welcome any prospective member, although since we are an associate club of friends and family, it would be nice if you actually knew or were related to someone else in the club. There are currently 61 men and 3 women in the AWAGA.

Contact Mike Applegate for membership information.

If you have any ideas for club tournaments or have a comment about how we can make the club better, please let us know. Contact Mike Applegate or Greg Brown for any club-related issues.

Spotlight On....

Bruce Christie is Crowned
Club Champion!

Bruce Christie bested the field of 36, the Callippe Preserve Golf Course, and the blistering heat to capture the 2009 AWAGA Club Championship.

Scores soared along with the tempurature, but Bruce remained cool and collected, firing an 86 (net 70) to beat Nick Aronis by one stroke.

Congratulations, Goose!.
